Our facilities, have managed to combine the state-of-the-art technology with the traditional ways of manufacturing. Experience gained over many years of pita bread manufacturing has led us to design special machinery, by using our own expertise in producing Greek pita bread for souvlaki.

Our firm has been certified with ISO 22000 which constitutes the most integrated norm for food industries and incorporates the HACCP’s protocols.It has been our philosophy all along, that our products should be produced in modern means, but in a traditional way, using pure materials of excellent quality and thus maintaining the quality of our production in constant high levels.
